Jerry Hopkins – Founder/CEO
Jerry Hopkins is CEO and Founder of Affinity Software LLC. While his primary passion is being a pastor, his “divine diversion” from ministry, since1992, is creating software for businesses. Sitting across the table with owners and managers over the years, listening and learning how their company’s work and the challenges they face every day stirred in him an affinity for business. It’s the inspiration for the name of our company.

Doug Kjeldgaard is an Application System Architect/Consultant with 15 years of experience designing and building software applications. Doug has consulted on large scale enterprise software applications for Fortune 500 companies. He brings his many years of technical and business experience to Affinity Software and is interested in continuing to improve, enhance and build our software products so clients will continue to trust Affinity Software with their critical business processes.



With the 4th, and by far the best, release of TimeClockpro software, we are positioned to lead the industry in timekeeping software you can TRUST.  Our team will ensure TimeClockpro stays ahead of your business needs, and our competition.

TimeClockpro’s trusted heritage:

1997 – TimeClockpro 1 was developed as a custom application for a small private college to provide a convenient and accurate means of recording the work time of their hourly employees and to save many hours manually calculating paper timecards.

2000 – TimeClockpro 2 was created for a business (50+ employees) that needed an effective way to track the time of hourly employees, bring efficiencies to their payroll department, provide real-time payroll records and reports.

2004 – Development of TimeClockpro 3 was completed in late 2004.

2005 – TimeClockpro 3 was released for purchase and download via the Internet for businesses, organizations and institutions.  Thousands of employees use TimeClockpro everyday to clock in and out.  Business owners and managers in nearly every state in the nation use TimeClockpro to manage payroll.

2009 – The design and development of TimeClockpro 4 was completed.  This powerful upgrade, with many new features requested by our customers, provides business owners with three deployment options, including Kiosk Edition, Network Edition and Cloud Service was released  on August 1.  Affinity Software LCC was formed to market, sell, support and further advance this important management tool for businesses.
