Our testing with Windows Vista has not found any compatibility issues. Test

What are the limitations
of the Demo Edition of TimeClockPro?
The Demo Edition is fully functional, with a limited two-employee license
and twenty time clock entries. Click here to

Will the Demo
time clock entries be retained when I purchase TimeClockPro?
When you purchase and install TimeClockPro, the demo files will be overwritten
unless you rename the TimeClockPro folder which contains the Demo edition.
Is my purchase
of TimeClockPro a one-time cost?
Yes. There are no annual subscription or registration fees. Your single one-time
purchase allows you to continue using TimeClockPro year after year.
Is any other hardware,
besides a computer, required to use TimeClockPro?
No. The TimeClockPro software is all you need.
Is there a way
to set our workweek to start on a day other than Sunday or Monday?
Yes! You can set your workweek to begin on any day of the week. Click the
“Company Info” button on the Admin Menu screen. Enter the date
of the first day of any payroll period.
Is technical support available after I purchase TimeClockPro?
Yes. Free technical support is provided, should you need any, via email to
all owners of record. Just email support@timeclockpro.com with your question
or description of the problem along with your Registration Number. You'll
receive a Registration Number when you purchase and download TimeClockPro.
If we are unable to resolve your question or problem by email, we'll visit
with you about the issue on the phone.
What's your Refund
Policy?
We want you to be happy with your software purchase. That's why we invite
you to try out our TimeClockPro product before you buy. You can download a
fully functional copy of our software. If you have questions while you evaluate
the software, please don't hesitate to contact our support staff at support@timeclockpro.com.
Because of this free evaluation practice, we do not offer refunds on software
purchases.
When I print timecards
and reports, it seems like I have to exit TimeClockPro to get back to the
main screen. Is there another way to get back to the Admin Screen or the Home
Screen?
When you print timecards and reports, TimeClockPro will automatically take
you back to the Admin Screen when it has done all the reports you checked.
You don't have to actually print each report you selected (you can cancel
individual reports when the print screen comes up), but you must go through
all the reports you checked.
Do you have network
server-based editions of TimeClockPro that allow employees to clock in and
out on their own individual workstations?
