A Little History
• 1997 - TimeClockPro 1.0 was developed as a custom application for a small private college to provide a convenient and accurate means of recording the work time of their hourly employees and to save many hours manually calculating paper timecards.
• 2000 - TimeClockPro 2.0 was created for a business (50+ employees) that needed an effective way to track the time of hourly employees, bring efficiencies to their payroll department, provide real-time payroll records and reports.
• 2004 - Development was completed on TimeClockPro 3.0 in late 2004, the first version to be commercially available to businesses, organizations and institutions.
• 2005 - TimeClockPro 3.0 was released midyear for purchase and download via the Internet.
• 2008 & beyond - Affordable Business Software is committed to the ongoing development and improvement of TimeClockPro. Our next version, TimeClockPro 4, will sport a fresh new look and offer many additional features requested by our customers.

TimeClockPro is a very user-friendly program. It's very easy to set up, and
staff members with even the slightest knowledge of computers use it with ease.
It also works very well on cross-platform environments. I have been looking

I recommend TimeClockPro to any business that wants to save time and energy
managing time cards. TimeClockPro has allowed our managers to spend more time
managing and less time on paperwork. It’s also quick and easy to find
out clock in information on your employees. You can send messages to staff
who don’t have email access and they can send messages to you. It works
great for communicating with second and third shift staff. TimeClockPro has
nice features for employees too. They can submit vacation requests, find out
how much vacation they have left and leave memos when they clock in. We’ve
been using TimeClockPro for seven years and it’s great. We have a staff
of 90 employees working three shifts.
